With the objective of improving the efficiency and competitiveness in the Solvay Group, we aim to provide quality, service continuity & data security, standardization and “lowest total cost” HR services delivered through an uniform system / process, based on contractual agreements.

Payroll Back-Office is responsible for processing all the necessary batch transactions to execute the payroll process in a timely manner and for the reporting.

Management of the application maintenance services through AMO/ISO:
We support also Human Resources (HR) Strategic Processes and provide relevant HR information to our internal customers using an efficient, single and global SAP-HR system.
In Data Management & Reporting we aim to improve the quality (accuracy and completeness) of the HR global data in Connect and EuHReka systems using the existing tools.
