The Service Unit Human Resources is a multi service provider (payroll, compensation & benefits, database, etc).
With the objective of improving the efficiency and competitiveness in the Solvay Group, we aim to provide quality, service continuity & data security, standardization and “lowest total cost” HR services delivered through an uniform system / process, based on contractual agreements.
We will strive for innovation constantly searching for best practices in order to fulfill internal clients´ needs. We want to become a global benchmark & best practices  reference in HR shared services.

Payroll Back-Office is responsible for processing all the necessary batch transactions to execute the payroll process in a timely manner and for the reporting.
The services provided by our Payroll Team are the following:

• Data Capture (Batch Inputs)
• Payroll & Time Run
• Payroll Reports
• Integrated SSW
• Single point of contact for payroll
• Management of the application maintenance services through AMO/ISO:

We support also Human Resources (HR) Strategic Processes and provide relevant HR information to our internal customers using an efficient, single and global SAP-HR system.

In Data Management & Reporting we aim to improve the quality (accuracy and completeness) of the HR global data in Connect and EuHReka systems using the existing tools.
