Caring for customer Relationships
In the scope of 3S Contact Center activities there is also a Customer Relationship Management team. Besides Contact Center specialists, this team is composed also by members of HR& Communication Department and IT Support.
3S CRM team is responsible for analyzing the way our customers perceive the quality of our services, a Satisfaction Survey is launched twice a year. Based on the feedback received an action plan is provided by each process to ensure continuous improvement of service quality.
In result of what we obtained in 2009 the well recognized ISO 9001-2008 certification, to better serve you!
