3S is providing a wide range of services in 7 different languages, to 14 countries for Finance and worldwide for Human Resources.
As a first point of contact for all 3S customers and partners, its mission is to provide an excellent service with a dedicated international team:
- Direct Support for Finance - Accounts Payable (AP), Close the Books (CTB), Travel & Expenses (TE), CODIF and Human Resources (HR);
- First level of resolution and redirection of contacts
- Follow-up of all queries via Ticket Manager
- Broad knowledge of the Solvay group, expert level knowledge of each 3S Process and of country specifications
3S Contact Center has been setup in 2006 as an additional support for all 3S and Solvay group customers.
It has the ability to answer all calls in Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish.
